An old car workshop located at Towerton House off Wycombe Road in Stokenchurch could be demolished to make way for 11 homes.
The plan involves building three pairs of three-bed semi-detached homes and a terrace of three two-bedroom homes, with a separate two-storey commercial building as well.
The workshop and paddock building are attached are both unused.
The developers have conducted a heritage assessment of the loss of the buildings due to the village’s historic character.

Details have been submitted for a plan to demolish the former flats building and construct a new one in its place in Aylesbury.
Developers won approval to demolish the closed three-storey flats in Cambridge Place back in March 2020.
Now, the developers have submitted details of how a replacement 27 apartment building will be constituted.
Specifically, the details recently submitted relate to external materials used, soft landscaping, surface water drainage, and details of a green roof.

The civil engineering company Carey Group have submitted an application to repurpose unit 1 of Aesop Business Park in Aston Clinton for its requirements.
The unit has previously been occupied by Mercedes-Benz, but now Carey Group wants to take it over with the intention of moving its head offices from Wembley in London to the vale.
